Job summary

Teleglobals in Pune seeks an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who can lead projects, design scalable architectures, and mentor team members. This role requires strong technical expertise along with leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

You will architect APIs with FastAPI/Flask, oversee frontend with ReactJS and modern tooling, optimize PostgreSQL/MongoDB/MS SQL Server databases, and drive LCNC platform adoption in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Expertise in Python and solid experience in C++.
• Strong backend architecture and API design experience.
• Frontend proficiency with ReactJS; exposure to AngularJS, Vite or Bootstrap is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of database design, optimization and scaling.
• Experience with LCNC platforms and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• CI/CD and Git-based workflows; Agile/Scrum environments.
