SoftTech Engineers Limited is seeking a Python Full Stack Lead Developer (Technical Lead - Full Stack) in Pune, India. The role requires 6-11 years of experience and a strong background in backend (Python/Django) and frontend (TypeScript/React) with Docker/Kubernetes infrastructure.

You will hire, onboard, and mentor a cross-functional team, drive delivery, set technical direction, and ensure code quality across services. Prior leadership in microservices and asynchronous processing is preferred.

Job Responsibilities :

• Build and Lead a Team :Hire, onboard, and coach a high-performing cross-functional team of backend, frontend, and QA engineers.
• 6-8 years of professional experience in software engineering, including at least several years in senior or lead roles
• Drive Delivery : Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring milestones are met with quality, scalability, and sustainability in mind.
• Hands-on Guidance : Contribute actively to the codebase, lead by example in both backend and frontend development, and support complex technical challenges.
• Set Technical Direction : Shape system architecture, define coding standards, and guide the adoption of best practices across the team.
• Foster Collaboration : Work closely with Engineering Managers and other engineering teams to ensure alignment and smooth integration.
• Ensure Quality : Oversee testing, code reviews, and QA practices to maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.
• Scale for the Future : Lay the foundations for a sustainable, scalable external team that can grow with the companys evolving needs.
