Job summary

Source-Right is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to guide design and delivery of scalable cloud-based applications from Pune on-site. You will mentor teams, own technical direction, and ensure robust APIs and UI.

The role demands 8+ years of experience, strong Python/AWS, React integration, and DevOps proficiency. You will collaborate across functions to drive reliable software, security, and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud technologies, backend or full-stack development.
• Strong experience with Flask, Django, and FastAPI REST APIs.
• Solid AWS experience with S3, SQS, EC2, ECS, API Gateway and Serverless.
• Advanced PostgreSQL design, tuning and optimization.
• Proficient in ReactJS frontend integration with APIs.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and DevOps workflows.
• Familiar with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog) and logging (ELK).
• Experience with scalable distributed systems and on-prem databases.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for code generation, verification, and test automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration.

• Strong expertise in Python frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI) and REST API design.
• Solid AWS experience (S3, SQS, EC2, ECS, API Gateway, Serverless, VPC); AWS Solutions Architect/Developer certification preferred.
• Advanced PostgreSQL skills (schema design, tuning, optimization).
• Good understanding of ReactJS and frontend API integration.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.
