The role combines architecture leadership with active development, driving technical decisions and delivering enterprise-grade solutions from concept to production. You will design scalable microservices, orchestrate AI architectures, and mentor engineering teams across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Technical Architect with Python backend development.

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Architect with a strong foundation in Python backend development, deep expertise in Agentic AI, and experience designing and delivering cloud-native applications at scale. This is an architecture-plus-development role for someone who actively codes, drives technical decisions, and builds enterprise-grade solutions from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop scalable, high-performance applications using Python.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, Multi-Agent Systems, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Build cloud-native solutions on AWS and/or Azure.
• Drive system design, microservices architecture, API strategy, and platform scalability.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide hands-on guidance to engineering teams.
• Ensure security, reliability, observability, and production readiness of solutions.
• Mentor engineers while remaining actively involved in development and code reviews.

Required Skills:

• 1016 years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on coding expertise.
• Strong Python development background (FastAPI, Flask, Async Programming preferred).
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Expertise in LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.
• Strong cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience with Microservices, Distributed Systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise applications in production.
• Excellent system design and architecture skills.

• Strong builder mindset with recent hands-on development experience.
• Has designed and implemented AI-powered solutions in production.
• Not focused on project management, scrum management, or people management alone.

Note: This role is strictly for hands-on technical leaders. Profiles with primary experience in Product Management, Program Management, Scrum Master, or Delivery Management will not be considered.
