Job Title: Senior AI Architect (Agentic AI)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI Architect with strong hands‑on expertise in Agentic AI to lead the design and implementation of next‑generation AI systems. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in building autonomous, goal‑driven AI agents and architecting scalable AI platforms across enterprise environments.

This role requires both strategic architecture ownership and hands‑on execution, working closely with business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement Agentic AI systems (multi‑agent architectures, autonomous decision‑making systems, orchestration frameworks).
• Lead end‑to‑end AI solution architecture, from concept and design to deployment and optimization.
• Build and deploy AI agents using LLMs, RAG frameworks, vector databases, and orchestration tools.
• Define AI system architecture including model selection, agent workflows, memory, planning, reasoning, and tool usage.
• Work hands‑on with Python‑based AI frameworks and modern AI stacks.
• Architect scalable and secure AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI‑driven solutions.
• Mentor AI engineers and data scientists, and set best practices for AI development.
• Ensure AI solutions follow governance, security, and ethical AI standards.
• Stay current with emerging trends in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and autonomous systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall experience with strong focus on AI/ML architecture.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous agent systems.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), RAG, prompt engineering.
• Experience with multi‑agent systems, task planning, tool invocation, and agent orchestration.
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with ML/AI frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
• Solid experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Exposure to AI governance, model monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Prior experience leading AI architecture for large‑scale platforms.
