Job summary

The LHR Group seeks an experienced Enterprise AI Architect in India to design scalable AI solutions, define technology roadmaps, and advise clients on AI adoption and transformation.

Lead end-to-end architectures, agent frameworks, and orchestration for complex business use cases; translate challenges into strategic AI programs with business impact.

Requirements include AWS/Azure/GCP, Python, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and governance for secure, observable AI in enterprises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Significant experience in Enterprise Architecture, AI Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Consulting.
• Strong understanding of Python, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or Google ADK.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agentic RAG, MCP, multi-agent architectures, vector databases, AI security, and observability.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including AI infrastructure, model deployment, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Strong enterprise architecture, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise AI architectures, agent frameworks, and orchestration solutions for complex business use cases.
• Define AI architecture standards, technology roadmaps, and solution blueprints, leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Architect Agentic RAG, multi-agent systems, multimodal AI solutions, and MCP-based tools and integrations.
• Define data readiness, AI infrastructure, model deployment, scalability, and performance requirements, including GPU sizing where needed.
• Establish AI security, guardrails, responsible AI practices, observability, evaluation frameworks, and AgentOps processes.
• Evaluate LLMs, AI platforms, frameworks, vector databases, and knowledge architectures to recommend suitable enterprise solutions.
• Work with senior business and technology leaders to translate business challenges into AI strategies, build business cases, and lead architecture workshops and executive discussions.
• Support presales, proposals, and client engagements while collaborating with engineering, cloud, data, and cybersecurity teams.
