Fuller Technologies is seeking an experienced Purchasing professional for its Service Procurement team in the Global Supply Chain. You will develop strategies, evaluate suppliers, and manage end-to-end procurement processes to ensure reliable, cost-effective supply of spare parts and materials.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, ERP proficiency, and the ability to work with internal stakeholders across regions.

Competenze

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering.
  • 8–10 years of experience in a purchasing role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations to optimize purchasing decisions.
  • Fair idea of basic commercial and financial understanding – desirable.
  • Good knowledge of P2P - Procure to Pay process flow - desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities
  • Examine and analyze departmental purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy of information.
  • Commercial and technical knowledge in offer evaluations.
  • Effective negotiation, finalization, and cost optimization.
  • Should be capable of building relationship with Sales, Engineering, Expediting and other stakeholders.
  • Should be capable of supporting to meet the team KPI and individual KPI.
  • Good Oral & Written communication skills in English.

You will be part of Service Procurement - EMEA - Region, Global Supply Chain, Cement which supports Service procurement. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work in an international environment involving different cultures and different challenges. This department works closely with both our internal and external customers to ensure Fuller Technologies cement spare parts are on time delivery and help customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

What you bring
  • Experience in the fields of spare parts purchasing.
  • Solid commercial and financial understanding.
  • Understanding of technical specification & drawings in purchase orders.
  • Planning and Organizing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Expert in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
  • Fair idea of basic commercial and financial understanding – desirable.
  • Good knowledge of P2P - Procure to Pay process flow - desirable.
