Responsibilities include conducting vendor visits, coordinating orders, maintaining records, and building strong supplier relationships while resolving delivery or quality issues to maintain project momentum.

• Coordinate with vendors for orders, production, dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate repeat purchases.
• Research the market for new products, suppliers and better pricing.
• Coordinate with customers and the internal team to understand procurement requirements.
• Resolve purchase-related issues, delays and quality discrepancies.
• Maintain quotation, vendor and purchase records.
• Travel locally for vendor meetings, market visits and procurement activities as required.
