Job summary

Rama Mining Tools Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Purchase Manager - Operations in Kalher, Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra. The role requires 6-10 years of Purchase/Procurement experience with a track record in team leadership and strategic sourcing.

You will lead the procurement team, plan purchases per business needs, manage vendors, negotiate terms, ensure timely POs and drive cost reductions while maintaining quality. Prior experience in trading/mining/construction tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in trading, mining or construction tools will be preferred.
• Graduate/Diploma; Engineering qualification preferred.
• 6-10 years of Purchase/Procurement experience.
• 2-3 years of team-handling/managerial experience.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management and leadership skills.
