Key responsibilities include developing and managing vendors, monitoring market prices, and overseeing ERP and logistics management to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of proven procurement process experience.
• Lead sourcing, vendor negotiation, and procurement strategy for raw materials and plant spares.
• Optimize landed costs and secure stable supply chains to avoid furnace downtime.
• Develop and manage vendors and material sourcing markets.
• Deep understanding of metallurgy, quality, and testing certificates.
• Market price tracking, cost analysis, and vendor negotiation.
• ERP and logistics management.

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for raw materials, consumables, and machinery spares.

• 5 years minimum with proven procurement process experience.
• Lead he sourcing, vendor negotiation, and procurement strategy for raw materials (scrap, sponge iron, pig iron, ferroalloys, coal/coke), plant consumables, refractories, and heavy machinery spares.
• Optimizing landed costs, securing stable supply chains to avoid furnace downtime, and managing high-value procurement within volatile commodities markets.
• Develop, scrutinize, mange vendors and material sourcing markets
• In-depth understanding of raw material & metallurgy expertise Understanding quality & grades, evaluate Testing certificates, chemicals & physical properties
• Market price tracking & Indexing Cost analysis & yield calculation Vendor sourcing & negotiation
• ERP & logistics management

Salary : Up to 5.5 LPA
