Job summary

Cellcure Cancer Centre seeks a hands-on Purchase & Inventory Manager to oversee procurement, stock control, and vendor coordination for pharmacy and online platforms including Amazon and Flipkart.

You will ensure product availability across all channels, optimize replenishment from sales data, and maintain accurate inventory MIS while liaising with pharmacy, warehouse, and e‑commerce teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Purchase, Inventory, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Retail exposure and hands-on inventory management.
• Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and e-commerce platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement of products.
• Monitor inventory and ensure optimum stock across all sales channels.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, distributors, and vendors for stock availability and timely delivery.
• Proactively arrange products in case of stock-outs or shortages.
• Manage inventory availability on Amazon, Flipkart, company website and other marketplaces.
• Plan replenishment based on sales, demand, and inventory levels.
• Monitor slow-moving, ageing, and excess inventory and take corrective action.
• Negotiate with vendors on pricing, MOQ, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare regular purchase & inventory MIS.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, warehouse, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure smooth product availability.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Should be hands-on, proactive, and able to take complete ownership of product availability.
