Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics and Telecommunication/Mechatronic Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Purchase and Procurement Strategy Development to meet business needs.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and select vendors based on capability, pricing, quality, and reliability.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key vendors and negotiate favorable terms to secure advantageous contracts.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing agreements with suppliers, optimizing value while minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with requesting departments, including finance, to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions to support their objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks related to geopolitical factors, economic fluctuations, Pandemics and supplier dependencies.
• Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines throughout the procurement process
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices.
