Sneh Agri Tourism & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. (Virtuoso sister company) seeks a Purchase Executive Construction for Pune project execution.

You will procure cement, steel, tiles, and finishing materials, float RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate terms, raise POs, and track deliveries, coordinating closely with site engineers and the accounts team to keep procurement compliant and on schedule. Graduate or Diploma holder with relevant construction purchasing experience (1–2 years) and strong Excel,

Formación

• Graduate or Diploma holder with relevant experience.
• 12 years of purchase experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email

Responsabilidades

• Procure construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, tiles, plumbing and electrical items, and finishing materials for the Sneh Resort project as per site requirements.
• Float enquiries, collect quotations from multiple vendors, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Raise purchase orders and work orders after approval, and follow up with vendors for timely delivery to site.
• Coordinate with the site engineers, project team, and store in charge to understand material requirements and avoid project delays.
• Develop, empanel, and maintain a reliable database of suppliers and contractors, and evaluate vendor performance on quality, price, and delivery.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for bill processing, payment follow-ups, and vendor reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, material tracking sheets, and MIS reports in Excel.
• Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and procedures.

Job Title: Purchase Executive Construction

Location: AP4 Tech Park, Kharadi, Pune

Experience: 1 to 2 years

CTC : 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA (Depends on interview)
