Job summary

LOT Mobiles Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking a Procurement Executive with 1-3 years of experience to manage purchasing of mobile phones, accessories, and related materials.

You will coordinate with suppliers, obtain quotes, negotiate prices, prepare POs, monitor stock, verify invoices, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining vendor records and MIS reports.

• Knowledge of mobile phones and accessories is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple purchase requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities for mobile phones, accessories, and other required materials.
• Identify and coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and vendors.
• Collect quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize orders.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.
• Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team.
• Track orders, deliveries, and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Verify invoices, purchase bills, and supplier documentation.
• Maintain vendor records and evaluate supplier performance.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Warehouse, Sales, and Management teams.
• Ensure purchases are made at the right price, quality, and delivery timeline.
• Maintain proper MIS reports and purchase-related documentation.

Job Responsibilities:
