Rama Medicare in Noida seeks a Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement of medicines, consumables, lab items and hospital equipment. You will coordinate with stores, pharmacy, biomedical and finance for GRN, billing and timely delivery, while maintaining stock levels and avoiding expiry.

The role requires Graduate with MBA/PGDM in Materials Management and 2–5 years in hospital purchasing, with strong negotiation skills, MS Excel proficiency and ERP/HIS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Graduate with MBA/PGDM in Materials Management preferred.
• 2-5 Years experience in Hospital / Healthcare Purchase (Must).
• Knowledge of medical consumables, medicines, hospital equipment.
• Good negotiation, MS Excel, and ERP/HIS software knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Daily purchase of medicines, surgical consumables, lab kits, general items as per indent from departments.
• Vendor development, negotiation and finalization for best rates.
• Floating enquiries, preparing comparative statements (CS) and taking approval from management.
• Issuing Purchase Orders (PO) in software and follow-up for timely delivery.
• Coordination with Stores, Pharmacy, Biomedical, Finance for GRN and billing.
• Maintain stock levels, avoid stock-out and expiry, handle emergency purchases.
• Market survey for new products and cost reduction.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit compliance for all purchases.
• Vendor payment follow-up with accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Daily purchase of medicines, surgical consumables, lab kits, general items as per indent from departments.

Vendor development, negotiation and finalization for best rates.

Floating enquiries, preparing comparative statements (CS) and taking approval from management.

Issuing Purchase Orders (PO) in software and follow-up for timely delivery.
