Job summary

Tempsens Instruments India Limited is seeking a dynamic Procurement Engineer in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The role requires 3-5 years of experience and B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

You will own the Purchase-to-Pay cycle, review PRs, identify suppliers, and negotiate terms while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SAP and MS Excel, with strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills to manage

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle from PR to PO, material receipt, invoice processing, and payment coordination.
• Review PRs for specifications, quantity, approvals, and delivery requirements.
• Identify suppliers, float RFQs, obtain and analyze quotations.
• Prepare comparative statements and negotiate price, payment terms, delivery, and commercial conditions.
• Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) after necessary approvals.
• Monitor open POs and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Accounts, Production, and Engineering for smooth procurement.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve delivery, quality, and commercial issues.
• Maintain procurement records and reports using SAP and MS Excel.
