Job summary

Collegedunia is a leading education platform in India seeking a Publisher Acquisition professional to identify and onboard publishers, affiliates, media buyers, and traffic partners. Build strong relationships, evaluate sources, and negotiate terms to optimize campaign performance.

You will collaborate with Delivery and Operations teams to activate publishers, monitor performance, and scale high-potential partners across geographies, while mitigating fraud and ensuring revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in revenue generation and target achievement.
• Experience in publisher acquisition and onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, ad-tech, or digital advertising.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial management skills.
• Experience in publisher activation, retention, and revenue growth.
• Ability to identify and manage traffic quality/fraud issues.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and CRM skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with international clients/publishers preferred.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new publishers, affiliates, media buyers, and traffic partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing publishers.
• Identify new traffic sources and publisher acquisition channels.
• Evaluate publisher quality, traffic sources, conversion potential, and scalability.
• Negotiate payouts, commercial terms, caps, and campaign conditions.
• Coordinate with Delivery and Operations teams for smooth publisher activation.
• Monitor publisher-wise traffic, conversions, revenue, payouts, ROI, and margins.
• Identify and control fraudulent, incentivized, duplicate, or low-quality traffic.
• Identify high-performing publishers and scale their volumes based on performance.
• Resolve publisher-related tracking, payment, campaign, and operational issues.
• Maintain a healthy publisher pipeline and provide regular performance updates.
• Explore opportunities to expand into new geographies, verticals, and traffic channels.
• Work closely with internal teams to maximize publisher potential and campaign performance.
