The Public Relations Officer will manage patient relations, hospital communication, visitor handling, service coordination, complaint support, and public image management at VIMS Hospital, Ahmedabad. • Build and maintain positive communication with patients, attendants, visitors, and external contacts.
• Handle patient enquiries, service guidance, feedback, and relationship support professionally.
• Coordinate with doctors, front office, billing, nursing, diagnostics, and administration teams.
• Support patient admission, discharge, appointment, and service coordination when required.
• Handle complaints politely and escalate unresolved issues to senior management.

• Support hospital branding, awareness activities, events, and community communication.
• Communicate hospital services, facilities, and process flow clearly and ethically.
