Job summary

St Philomenas College of Nursing in Bengaluru invites applications for the role of Patients Relations Officer (PRO) to act as a liaison between patients, families and medical staff. You will help interpret hospital services to the community and oversee discharge processes to ensure timeliness and patient satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of experience (freshers with MSW or a related degree are welcome), fluent Kannada with good English and Hindi skills.

Qualifications

• MSW in Social Work or Bachelor's degree with 2 years relevant hospital experience.
• Excellent communication in Kannada; proficiency in English and Hindi is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Interprets the role of the Hospital to the patients, their families and the community.
• Shall supervise the team for timely billing and discharge process.
• Shall check that the feedback forms are collected from the patient during discharge.
• Shall attend to patient’s grievances and Complaints. Act as liaison between patients and medical providers
