Job description

The ERP Integration Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining system integrations between enterprise applications such as Infor and Workday. The role focuses on building reliable integration workflows, automating business processes, and ensuring seamless data exchange across ERP platforms. This position requires strong technical expertise in integration frameworks, scripting, and cloud-based architectures, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support enterprise system stability and scalability.

Primary Skill

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building and maintaining integrations for Infor modules such as HCM, SCM, or Finance.
• Experience in Infor Process Automation (IPA) including workflow design, service flows, scripting, and task automation.

Secondary Skill

• Infor or Workday integration certification.
• Understanding of cloud architecture and SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Workday integration.

Desired Skill / Good to Have

• Exposure to healthcare IT.
• Understanding of cloud architecture and SaaS platforms.
• Using and building AI (LLMs, Agentic AI).
