- Experience with middleware / integration development, web services, APIs, XML/JSON.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools used in Infor environments.
- Experience in technical design, customization, and support of enterprise applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and work across technical and functional teams.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
