Job summary

Syngenta in Pune, India is seeking an experienced HR Digital Lead Developer - Integrations to drive end-to-end Workday integration delivery. You will partner with stakeholders to elicit requirements, design specs, configure and deploy integrations from development to production, ensuring reliability and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Workday integrations and/or integration delivery for HR/Payroll SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on Workday Integrations experience, including Workday Studio, Orchestration, APIs.
• Working knowledge of PECI, Core Connector, and EIB.
• Proficiency with web services and integration/security technologies such as REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, PGP, and SAML.
• Experience producing requirements, functional/technical specifications, interface designs, and field mappings.
• Experience supporting testing cycles (unit/system/UAT) and release/regression testing.
• Experience with change requests and ticketing processes/tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, integrity, and ability to build effective relationships across levels.

As the HR Digital Lead Developer - Integrations, you will partner with key stakeholders to elicit, confirm, and document requirements; deliver end-to-end Workday integration solutions from requirements and functional/technical specifications through analysis, design, configuration/build, testing, cutover, and production deployment.
