Job summary

FindErnest in Hyderabad is seeking a Workday Finance Integration Senior Consultant to design, implement, and manage integrations between Workday Financials and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and compliance.

The role requires 6+ years of Workday experience, 2+ years of hands-on Workday Studio integration development, and Workday Certifications. You will lead SIT/UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-production support for high-volume financial processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of Workday experience.
• 2+ years hands-on Workday Studio integration development.
• Strong understanding of Workday Financial modules (Billing, Revenue Management, AR, FA, Customers, Collections).
• Experience delivering integrations with OMS, Billing Engine, Avalara, Salesforce and related systems.
• Ability to lead discovery workshops and prepare design documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration architecture, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Gather business requirements and configure Finance AR and Billing modules.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, troubleshooting and post‑production support.
• Develop technical specifications and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
• Ensure interfaces and dashboards meet performance and compliance standards.

Workday Finance Integration Senior Consultant

Required Skills:

• Workday Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on Workday Finance functional and technical areas. The Workday Finance Integration Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integrations between Workday Financials and other enterprise systems. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure seamless data flow, compliance, and scalability across financial processes
• Lead end-to-end integration architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment supporting FactSet’sWorkday Invoice-to-Cash transformation
• Min 6+years of Workday experience, including2+ years of hands-on Workday Studio integration developmentfrom architecture through go-live
• Strong understanding of Workday Financial modules includingBilling, Revenue Management, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Customers, and Collections
• Design and deliver integrations involvingOMS, Billing Engine, Avalara, Banking/IREC, Salesforce, Customer Portal, and downstream reporting systems
• Experience supporting high-volume financial transactions including invoicing, revenue recognition, cash application, collections, and accounting integrations
• Facilitate integration discovery workshops, define interface specifications, prepare design documents, and manage technical stakeholder discussions
• Coordinate integration SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-production support activities
• Workday certification is mandatory - Certifications inWorkday Integration Core, Studio, and CCTPPpreferred; experience withPrism Analytics, and Reporting integrationsis advantageous
• Hands-on experience withlegacy-to-Workday data migration, reconciliation, and large-scale billing platform modernization programsinvolving retirement of legacy Invoice-to-Cash environments

• Work independently or with team and/or Project Manager to participate in integration Design/Development
• Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary
• Work in a team of workday configuration and integration analysts to craft technical specifications
• Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday
• Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards
• Track issues and risks, communicate status and elevate concerns
• Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
