• 4-7 years of relevant industry experience with focus in commercial and contractual matters.

• Proven experience in contract negotiations and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in written and conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit client proposals, quotations, and commercial offers for consultant placement and manpower supply.
• Review client requirements and ensure proposals are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timelines.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Recruitment, Operations, Legal, and Global Mobility teams to gather costing, candidate information, and supporting documents.
• Prepare cost calculations, pricing proposals, and profitability analysis.
• Maintain proposal templates, company profiles, credentials, and standard commercial documents.
• Ensure all submitted proposals meet company standards and client requirements.
• Support commercial discussions, pricing clarifications, and proposal revisions when required.
• Follow up with clients on proposal status and maintain records of submitted proposals and outcomes.
• Maintain a database of proposals submitted, successful awards, and lost opportunities for reporting and analysis.
• Support continuous improvement of proposal preparation and submission processes.
