Job summary

ERA-Hydro in Pune, India invites a Proposal Engineer to join our water treatment project team. You will assess client requirements and design STP/ETP/WTP solutions, prepare proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates, and ensure alignment with CPCB/IS codes. Travel may be involved as needed.

You will coordinate with vendors, support sales, and lead a small team of proposal engineers to deliver timely, high-quality submissions for diverse water and wastewater projects.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years in proposal/design of STP/ETP/WTP projects
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
• Deep understanding of water and wastewater treatment technologies and equipment
• Familiarity with CPCB, IS codes, CPHEEO guidelines
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (reviewing layouts and P&IDs)
• Experience using ERP systems for proposal and quote tracking
