Job summary

Padink Engineering Services is seeking a Proposal Engineer to prepare technical proposals for power generation and industrial utility projects. The role involves coordinating with engineering, procurement, project management and commercial teams to craft competitive responses to client inquiries, RFQs and tenders.

Key duties include reviewing RFQs/RFPs, aligning with engineering for inputs, and developing engineering estimates while supporting bid clarifications with clients.

Qualifications

Experience in reviewing RFQs, RFPs and tender documents.
Ability to coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management and commercial teams.
Ability to develop engineering estimates and support bid clarifications.
