Job summary

Padink Engineering Services Pvt Ltd in Chennai invites an experienced P&ID and plant layout engineer to join our team working on gas turbine and combined cycle projects.

You will prepare plot plans, equipment layouts for gas turbine, steam turbine, fuel gas and cooling water areas, develop P&ID drawings in AutoCAD, review vendor drawings, coordinate with piping teams and review 3D models. Experience in combined cycle/thermal power plants is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preparation of plot plans for power plant projects.
• Experience in drafting P&ID drawings in AutoCAD.
• Experience with combined cycle/thermal power plants.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Plot plan.
• Preparation of equipment layout for Gas turbine area, Steam turbine area, Fuel gas area and Cooling water pump.
• Preparation of P&ID for all systems like Steam, feedwater, condensate, etc., in AutoCAD.
• Review of Vendor drawings and updation of equipment layout.
• Coordination with Piping team for interface.
• Review of 3D model and provide comments.
• Experience in Handling Combined cycle/ Thermal power plant.
