Job summary

JobItUs in India seeks a seasoned water treatment design engineer to lead STP & WWTP projects above 10 MLD capacity. You will prepare technical and commercial proposals, develop solutions for MBR, MBBR, SBR, BWRO, SWRO, UF, and polishing steps, and perform process design and equipment selection.

You will work with engineering, project, procurement, and sales teams, using Bentley or GEMS for design and proposals, while staying updated on GCC market requirements and latest water treatment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical solutions within water treatment industry.
• Candidate must have experience in designing STP & WWTP end-to-end.
• Knowledge of latest software technologies used in proposal design such as Bentley, GEMS or equivalents.
• Strong understanding of GCC region market trends and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer STP & WWTP projects, including those above 10 MLD capacity.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements and project specifications.
• Develop solutions for MBR, MBBR, SBR, BWRO, SWRO, UF, TSE polishing, water softeners, and other treatment systems.
• Perform process design, equipment selection, sizing, and technical calculations for treatment systems.
• Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications, technical datasheets, and BOQs.
• Review tender documents and GCC project requirements to ensure technically compliant proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, procurement, and sales teams to ensure accurate proposals.
• Use Bentley, GEMS or equivalent tools for engineering and proposal preparation.
• Evaluate technical requirements, identify project risks, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Support sales with technical clarifications, presentations, and tender submissions.
• Stay updated on water treatment technologies, industry trends, and GCC market requirements.

• Candidate must have sound knowledge and experience in theend to end design of STP & WWTP
