Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Property Manager for Logix City Centre Mall to oversee comprehensive property management services for a premier retail destination. You will ensure seamless operations by leveraging technology, standards, and best practices while leading an onsite team and coordinating with tenants and vendors.

The role requires 7–8 years in FM/Real Estate or related fields, with experience in retail properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Facility Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Construction.
• Prior experience managing retail or commercial properties is highly desirable.
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Marine Engineering (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure facilities and services are maintained to high standards.
• Lead and develop the onsite team to address daily operational challenges.
• Formulate and implement budgeting controls while monitoring SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage the end-to-end billing cycle including invoices and payments.
• Assist in developing annual operational budgets and strategic plans.
• Establish a robust complaint management system for occupants and tenants.
• Submit Daily and Monthly Management Reports (DMR/MMR).
• Collaborate with training teams to close operational actions.

What this job involves

As the Property Manager for Logix City Centre Mall, you will oversee the complete suite of Property Management Services at this premier retail destination. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless, efficient operations by leveraging innovation, technology, and industry best practices to enhance overall facility performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure all structures, building facilities, and retail services are maintained to the highest standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the onsite team, ensuring they are equipped to address daily operational challenges.
• Formulate and implement strict budgeting controls while monitoring SLAs and KPIs for JLL and outsourced vendor partners.
• Manage the end-to-end billing cycle, including cost sheet submissions, vendor invoices, payment follow-ups, and ensuring high billing accuracy.
• Assist the client Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in developing annual operational budgets and strategic plans.
• Establish a robust complaint management system to resolve occupant and tenant queries swiftly and professionally.
• Circulate timely and clear operational updates to all mall occupants and relevant authorities.
• Uphold the highest health, life safety, and risk assessment standards under JLL's \"No Safety, No Work\" commitment.
• Develop, test, and execute comprehensive business continuity and emergency response plans.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with retail tenants, consultants, contractors, and local government or statutory bodies.
• Prepare and submit accurate Daily Management Reports (DMR) and Monthly Management Reports (MMR).
• Oversee transition documentation and maintain up-to-date as-built drawings.
• Collaborate with regional, head office, and SME training teams to close out operational actions.

Reporting Line: You will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Team Structure: You will lead a dedicated onsite team consisting of the Property Manager and 2 other facility specialists.

Property Type: High-traffic retail mall environment.

Education

• A Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Marine Engineering (or equivalent).

Experience

• A minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in the Facility Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Construction industries.
• Prior experience managing retail or commercial properties is highly desirable.
