Job summary

Impact Hr N Km Solutions is seeking a prompt engineer to design, develop, and optimize prompts for LLMs and AI systems in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The role involves creating reusable templates, evaluating responses, and ensuring governance and data privacy standards are met.

Ideal candidates have up to 2 years of experience in prompt engineering or related fields, with a BE qualification.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI systems.
• Create prompt libraries, templates, and reusable frameworks for business applications.
• Evaluate AI responses and continuously refine prompts to improve performance, relevance, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, HR, Operations, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective AI interactions.
• Conduct testing, experimentation, and performance analysis of prompts using established evaluation metrics.
• Document prompt engineering standards, best practices, and governance guidelines.
• Stay current with advancements in generative AI, prompt engineering techniques, and emerging tools.
• Support AI implementation projects and provide guidance on effective AI usage across the organization.
• Ensure prompts comply with organizational policies, ethical AI principles, and data privacy requirements.
• Develop workflows that integrate prompt engineering into business processes and automation solutions.
