Job summary

You will design, test, and refine prompts, collaborate with AI and engineering teams, and conduct structured experiments to improve output quality and efficiency.

You will mitigate risks like hallucinations and prompt injections, translate requirements into reusable patterns, and deliver concise reports.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Certified Prompt Engineer certification.
• 4+ years of hands-on Prompt Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for LLM-based applications.
• Strong understanding of LLM behavior, context windows, and tokenization.
• Knowledge of few-shot prompting, zero-shot prompting, chain-of-thought prompting, prompt chaining, and RAG prompting.
• Understanding of hallucination mitigation and prompt injection risks.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and refine prompts to maximize output quality, reliability, and efficiency across SynAI use cases.
• Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to understand system architecture and integrate prompt strategies into workflows.

• Evaluate prompt performance and document measurable improvements and outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate LLM failure modes, including hallucinations, inconsistencies, and prompt injection risks.

• Prepare clear and concise reports covering experiments, findings, impact, and recommendations to support go/no-go decisions.
• Work independently and deliver measurable results within short, defined engagement timelines.
