Job summary

OpenReach in Mumbai invites applications for the role of Promoter to represent the brand inside retail stores. You will engage customers, create awareness, and drive sales while maintaining display standards and brand guidelines.

Daily responsibilities include achieving customer approach targets, assisting with queries, and reporting stock, sales, and promo compliance via the mobile app. You will wear the required uniform and complete product knowledge training with a high score.

Qualifications

• Achieve daily customer approach targets and sales conversion goals.
• Demonstrate products confidently and assist customers with queries.
• Maintain accurate daily reporting of stock, sales, promo compliance, and feedback in the mobile app.
• Ensure display, POSM, and brand guidelines are followed in the store.
• Maintain proper grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards every day.
• Report stock shortages, inactive promotions, or competitor activity immediately.
• Complete product knowledge and grooming training with minimum 95% score.
