Job summary

Pakka invites a seasoned HSE Leader to head implementation of project HSE management systems and ISO 45001 aligned practices on major EPC/manufacturing projects in India.

You will drive risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training, report KPIs, and promote proactive safety culture through leadership and stakeholder engagement. The role requires 12+ years of HSE experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of HSE experience, including leadership responsibility in large industrial/EPC/manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, PTW systems, contractor safety, risk management, and incident investigation.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital HSE reporting systems.
