Job summary

PeopleStrong in India seeks a microbiology laboratory associate to perform microbiological environmental monitoring, sampling and analysis of water and raw materials, and growth promotion testing of media.

You will maintain LIMS data, log incubator readings, manage reagents, prepare SOPs and validation protocols, and uphold cGMP standards during audits and internal reviews.

Responsibilities

• Microbiological environmental monitoring.
• Sampling and analysis of water samples.
• Media preparation, sterilization and Growth promotion test of media.
• Sampling and analysis of raw material.
• Analysis of in process samples, finished product and stability samples.
• Carryout the activities related to LIMS.
• Data logging of incubators.
• Maintenance and handling of microbial cultures.
• Preparation of trends of environmental monitoring and water analysis.
• Operation and cleaning of equipments and instruments in microbiology lab.
• Documentation of microbiological activities.
• Maintain the microbiology lab as per cGMP for audit, self-inspection and internal audits.
• Preparation of SOP, validation protocols and its execution.
• Documents review.
• Inventory management for reagents and consumables.
• Training and Qualification of laboratory personnel.
