Job summary

Sentiss Pharma Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a Microbiology Laboratory Technician to record physical parameters of equipment, perform sterility testing of finished products, and manage sample receipt and storage for microbiology testing.

The role includes environmental monitoring of clean rooms, particulate matter testing, water sampling, incubations, and operation of microbiology incubators and ICDAS software, with daily document verification.

Qualifications

• Experience in microbiology laboratory testing and documentation.
• Attention to procedural accuracy and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Recording physical parameters of Equipment and Microbiology Laboratory (Temperature, RH, etc.).
• Sterility testing of finished products, stability, miscellaneous samples.
• Receipt and storage of samples received for Microbiology testing.
• Receipt, storage and testing of biological indicators.
• Incubation, Visual inspection, growth promotion testing and destruction of media fill vials/ampoules.
• Environmental monitoring of controlled areas (Clean rooms) including Microbiology laboratory and incubation of media plates
• Particulate matter test.
• Water sampling.
• Operation, cleaning and temperature monitoring of microbiology incubators.
• Operation and Monitoring of Newtronic Software ICDAS
• Verification/review of documents on daily basis.
