Job summary

Alstom in New Delhi seeks a full-time Project TC (Testing Commissioning) Manager to lead TC activities for Delhi-Mukundpur projects, ensuring train acceptance, quality, cost, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate across engineering, validation, quality and manufacturing, define clear train acceptance criteria, oversee serial testing, manage handovers, and ensure EHS compliance while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Testing Commissioning of electrical, control, onboard communications, and network systems within process industries, railways, or factory automation.
• At least 2 years experience in Test Engineering (TC Methods).
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Defining clear and exhaustive train acceptance criteria.
• Overseeing serial testing and commissioning activities.
• Managing the handover process between manufacturing, testing, and quality checkpoints.

Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer acceptance and meeting quality, cost, and delivery commitments for our projects. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (including engineering, validation, quality, and manufacturing), supervise customer acceptance performance, and ensure compliance with environment, health, and safety (EHS) standards, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of overseeing serial testing and commissioning activities, as well as defining clear and comprehensive train acceptance criteria, but also ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the agreed timelines and budget.

Requirements
