About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing participants comprehensively for their future work in German hospitals and healthcare facilities.

You will teach clinically relevant knowledge aligned with the requirements of the German medical licensing process and the Kenntnisprüfung, helping participants develop the competencies needed for safe and effective practice within the German healthcare system.

We are seeking a candidate who has previous work experience as a nurse or healthcare worker in a German hospital or clinic and is currently based in Kochi.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct specialist classes aligned with the German nursing recognition requirements
• Teach nursing and medical content according to German standards
• Prepare participants for practical and theoretical examination components
• Explain the content within the context of the German healthcare system
• Support participants with subject-related questions and learning processes
• Collaborate with the project team and other instructors

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or a degree in medicine or medical education
• At least 2 years of experience in the training and education of nursing staff
• Excellent German and English language skills – mandatory
• Good knowledge of the German healthcare system
• Experience working with international nursing professionals is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Intercultural competence and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer
