The ideal candidate will have an academic background in Horticulture, Forestry, Agriculture, or Botany, along with 1-2 years of relevant field experience. The role involves supervising plantation and transplantation activities, coordinating field teams, monitoring plant health, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of on-site activities.

Key Requirements:
