Tattvam Ventures is seeking an experienced Horticulture Executive to lead landscaping across our residential developments. The role requires planning, supervising, and maintaining horticulture activities, ensuring healthy lawns, trees, and gardens while coordinating with landscape contractors and vendors.
You will monitor irrigation, conduct site inspections, manage plant health, and develop maintenance schedules.

We are looking for an experienced Horticulture Executive with mandatory experience in residential real estate/builder projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining landscaping and horticulture activities across our residential developments.
Plan, supervise, and maintain landscaping and horticulture activities across project sites.
Ensure the health and maintenance of lawns, trees, shrubs, flowering plants, and other greenery.
Coordinate with landscape contractors, gardeners, and vendors for timely execution of work.
Monitor irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections and recommend improvements for landscape quality.
Identify and control plant diseases, pests, and weeds using appropriate methods.
Maintain inventory of plants, fertilizers, gardening tools, and landscape materials.
Ensure landscape work is completed as per project timelines and quality standards.
Prepare maintenance schedules and periodic reports.
Collaborate with architects and landscape consultants to develop landscape designs, select appropriate plants, trees, shrubs, and other landscape elements, and ensure the design is aesthetically appealing, sustainable, and aligned with the overall project vision.
Coordinate with the project, engineering, and facility teams for landscape-related requirements.
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and company standards.
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
3- 5 years of experience in horticulture or landscape maintenance, preferably in real estate, residential communities, or commercial properties.
