Job summary

Mvn Infrastructure seeks a skilled Horticulture & Landscape Supervisor to manage day-to-day horticulture activities across the site. You will supervise gardening, planting, pruning, lawn care, watering, weeding, and landscaping tasks, while planning seasonal plantings and green-area development.

You will monitor plant health, ensure correct application of fertilizers and pesticides, and oversee irrigation systems and watering schedules.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in horticulture and landscape maintenance.
  • Good knowledge of plants, trees, lawns, seasonal flowers, fertilizers, pesticides, soil and irrigation systems.
  • Experience in managing gardeners, supervisors, contractors, and landscaping vendors.
  • Strong planning, supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to monitor multiple landscaped areas and ensure quality, cleanliness, and timely maintenance.
  • Candidates from real estate, residential/commercial projects, hotels, resorts, townships, or large campuses preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day horticulture and landscape maintenance activities across the site/project.
  • Supervise gardening, plantation, pruning, lawn maintenance, watering, weeding, and landscaping activities.
  • Plan and execute seasonal plantation, flower arrangements, tree plantation, and green-area development.
  • Monitor the health and growth of plants, trees, lawns, and landscaped areas.
  • Ensure proper application of fertilizers, pesticides, manure, and plant-care treatments.
  • Manage and monitor irrigation systems, water usage, and watering schedules.
  • Supervise horticulture staff, gardeners, supervisors, and contract manpower.
  • Coordinate with landscape contractors and external vendors for maintenance and development works.
  • Maintain inventory of plants, fertilizers, pesticides, gardening tools, equipment, and other materials.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of green areas.
  • Prepare maintenance schedules, manpower plans, material requirements, and periodic reports.
