Duties and Responsibilities
Own end-to-end plantation execution in the assigned cluster, including farmer onboarding, planting, and early survival management.
Lead farmer communication and local marketing activities such as village meetings, farmer interactions, and exposure visits to drive adoption.
Coordinate with implementation partners and nurseries to ensure sapling quality, timely supply, and proper planting practices.
Manage and supervise implementation-partner teams, with the ability to effectively handle 5 to 10 field surveyors and ensure data quality.
Plan and monitor field operations, including pit preparation, planting schedules, aftercare, and first-90-day maintenance.
Track plantation performance, survival rates, and on-ground risks, and take timely corrective actions.
Handle farmer issues and expectations professionally to protect long-term trust and program credibility.
Conduct farm audit post plantation activities to evaluate the quality of plantation
Required Skills and Experience
