Job summary

Rise Hydroponics is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee hydroponic, greenhouse, polyhouse, and protected cultivation projects across sites in India. You will supervise site activities, coordinate with contractors and project teams, and ensure quality and safety standards while meeting timeline targets.

Travel to project sites across India is required. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of site supervision experience and a background in civil, mechanical or agricultural engineering.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Agricultural Eng. or related field.
• 2–5 years of site supervision or project execution experience.
• Experience in greenhouse, polyhouse, irrigation, hydroponics or agricultural infra preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for project execution across India.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor civil, structural, irrigation, plumbing, electrical, and greenhouse installation work.
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily site progress.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Resolve site-level issues and report project updates to management.
• Verify measurements, maintain site records, and prepare daily progress reports.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned project milestones.
• Travel to project sites across India whenever required.
