Job summary

Upasana Colonisers Resorts is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities in Jaipur. The role includes supervising civil works such as RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing, enforcing safety and housekeeping standards, and coordinating with engineers and project managers to ensure alignment with drawings and schedules.

• Supervise daily civil construction and site activities.
• Monitor work as per approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.
• Manage and coordinate contractors, labour, and site workers.
• Monitor manpower, material usage, and daily work progress.
• Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
• Check quality of work and report defects or deviations.

• Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
• Check quality of work and immediately report any defects or deviations.
• Coordinate with the Project Engineer/Project Manager regarding site requirements and issues.
• Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, and site updates.
• Ensure materials are properly received, stored, and utilized at site.
• Monitor work completion as per the project schedule and daily targets.
• Coordinate with MEP and other teams wherever required.
• Ensure compliance with site safety and housekeeping standards.
• Identify site issues and support timely resolution.
• Assist in snagging, rectification, and project handover activities.
