Role Description

The Project Scheduler (Primavera P6) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dholera. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules, ensuring timelines, milestones, and dependencies are accurately captured and communicated. The role involves coordinating with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to collect task data, track progress, identify variances, and propose schedule adjustments. The Project Scheduler will prepare regular reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support decision-making and resource planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include using Primavera P6, supporting risk and change management activities, and helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed parameters.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) are an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Dholera and willingness to engage directly with operational and technical teams.
