Job summary

Quest Global in Bengaluru seeks a senior EPC Planning professional to lead scheduling across plant, life-science, and semiconductor projects. You will coordinate Engineering–Procurement–Construction–Commissioning activities, maintain critical paths, and drive Monte Carlo risk analysis with strong communication to management.

Travel to Europe may be required for long-term assignments and project support. Ideal candidates will have 15+ years of EPC project scheduling experience, expertise in MS

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in industrial EPC projects (Plant, life-science, oil & gas; semiconductor projects preferred).
• Set up schedules from concept design through commissioning.
• Understand dependencies between Engineering–Procurement–Construction–Commissioning.
• Expert in maintaining schedules, milestones, critical path; Monte Carlo analysis.
• Excellent English; able to communicate with management and present findings.

Key Responsibilities

15+Y of experience in industrial projects in EPC business (Plant business, life-science, oil & gas but preferably worked on Semiconductor project)

• Comprehensive and professional knowledge of setting up Project schedules from Concept design till commissioning
• Having experience in Semiconductor Projects is must
• Professional understanding of dependencies between Engineering – Procurement- Construction – Commissioning activities
• Professional in maintaining schedules, analysing project milestones, critical path, driving monte carlo analysis etc.
• Very good language skills (English must, other languages a plus but not mandatory)
• Capable to communicate on management level and provide management reports
• Good or very good presentation skills
• Solution orientated and capable to work out solutions by himself
• Professional in maintaining schedule tools (MS Project, PRIMEVERA P6)
• Might need to travel to Europe for long term based on the project requirement.
