We are seeking a dedicated Project Sales Engineer to oversee and execute automation projects from concept to completion.

Location: Chandigarh, India

Responsibilities

• Lighting Protocol Automation: Develop and implement automated tools for programming, configuring, and commissioning lighting devices across industry standards and protocols such as DALI, DMX, Zigbee, Bluetooth Mesh, and RF.
• Test Automation & Validation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, performance, reliability, and interoperability testing of lighting products and their control systems. Automate testing of lighting parameters (dimming curves, color temperature control, light output, flicker, sensor response).
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to lighting protocol communication, device interaction, and automation script failures. Provide expert-level support for debugging and root cause analysis in lighting systems.
• Client Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison for clients, lighting consultants, and contractors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and progress reviews to keep all parties informed and aligned.
• Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize client satisfaction through timely project delivery, quality assurance, and proactive communication.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with design, technical, and installation teams to guarantee smooth project execution.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure adherence to project schedules and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
• Technical Interpretation: Understand and interpret automation system schematics and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed reports, logs, and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in automation programming with a significant focus on lighting systems and protocols.
• Knowledge of electrical drawings, system integration, and experience automating tasks involving DALI (DALI-2/D4i), Bluetooth Mesh, DMX (including Art-Net).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
