Job summary

Hiring Point Solutions is seeking a seasoned MEP Project Engineer/Manager to lead interior fit-out projects in corporate environments. You will manage end-to-end delivery from concept through handover, coordinating clients, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is realized on site.

With a minimum of six years in MEP design and execution, you will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and procurement, ensure compliance with codes, and mentor the project team through drawings,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in MEP design and execution.
• Experience in corporate interior fit-out projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, fire protection, plumbing, electrical, LV, and security systems.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out projects from concept through handover.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is realized.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and procurement of materials and finishes.
• Monitor site progress, inspections, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Lead coordination meetings with contractors, vendors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence.
• Prepare MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for tender and construction.
• Support the design team during drawing production, value engineering, and material selection.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Manage approvals, permits, and inspections as required by local authorities.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on all sites.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of managing high-end commercial, corporate, or hospitality interiors.

• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and procurement of materials and finishes.
• Monitor site progress, perform regular inspections, and ensure that work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Lead coordination meetings with contractors, vendors, Consultant and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence.
• Prepare MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for tender and construction.
• Support the design team during drawing production, value engineering, and material selection.
• Support the in-Billing person to close.
• Resolve on-site issues swiftly and proactively to avoid project delays.
• Manage approvals, permits, and inspections as required by local authorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).

Minimum 6 years of experience in MEP design and execution,

coordination, preferably in corporate interior fit-out projects.

Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting, fire protection, plumbing, and

Electrical, Low voltage, Security systems relevant to office interiors.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, MS Office,

Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight project timelines.
