Responsibilities

• Work with PM to update financial plans for new projects.
• Prepare and process invoices per PO terms.
• Update project budgets based on change orders.
• Handle currency fluctuations in project costs.
• Allocate project expenses and track cost transfers in Oracle.
• Support revenue events for monthly invoiced projects.
• Close projects in Oracle with PM and PA teams.
• Create and update EAC reports for financial planning.
• Manage task codes and Oracle tasks for the team.
• Allocate resources in Clarity and adjust timesheets.
• Create projects in RST and coordinate resource requests.

Job description

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Working closely with Project Manager (PM) to update financial plans (As Sold, Revised & Approved) for the new projects.


• Prepare and process invoices in line with PO terms and coordinate with various teams.


• Update and revise project budgets based on approved change orders.


• Funding revaluation and accommodating currency fluctuations and reflecting in the project cost


• Execute and track internal project cost transfers to ensure correct allocation of project expenses.


• For the monthly invoiced projects, revenue events creation.


• Closure of the projects in Oracle and clarity as per PM and PA team


• Prepare and update EAC reports to support financial plan tracking.


• Create and manage task codes and Oracle related tasks to support team.


• Allocate and adjust project resources in Clarity, including timesheet adjustments and alignment with project requirements.


• Create projects in RST (Resource Scheduling Tool), review RFR (Request for Resource), communicate with Resource Managers for resource allocations etc.


• Contracts Administration particularly during beginning and ending of a Project cycle.
