Overview:

• Create and develop new products, upgrades, refresh project plan as per NPI process aligning to customer segment and business units for domestic and international market
• Ensure customers satisfaction/delight by planning, implementing target quality TGR, NPS actions & change management
• Achieve Cost & weight reduction plan and improve contribution of existing and new products
• Prepare State of build and execute project build as per milestones

Responsibilities

• Support project manager in delivering new product, upgrades, refresh meeting QCD targets & DR Gate adherence
• Integrated project planning, execute, Monitor & control
• Responsible for project QCD status, updation, documentation and project reporting
• Prepare management report and elevate issues for resolution
• Cross functional team working and interfacing functions for vehicle build and DVP
• Project Budget & Resource estimation, planning and control
• Adopt digital dashboards for project QCD status and transparency

Functional Competency

• Customer, market understanding, Industry trends & best practices
• Know-how of EV product, Mechanical & electrical system integration
• Product and Manufacturing process & supply chain knowledge
• Proactive identification of risk, issues, bottlenecks and escalation to project manager and segment head for timely resolution
• Use of digital tools and techniques for dashboard creation and data analysis like Power BI, plan View, TOC
