Job summary

Elevance Health seeks an accomplished Project Manager (IND) to lead large programs from our Gurugram location. You will steer cross-functional teams, ensure on-time delivery, and align initiatives with business goals in a dynamic environment.

You will drive stakeholder engagement, mentor teams, and apply Agile and hybrid delivery using tools like MS Project, Planview, Jira, and Power BI. A 15–18 year track record and healthcare exposure are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or related.
• 15–18 years of project management experience.
• Experience in healthcare/US healthcare domain is preferred.

US Healthcare Domain (Preferred): Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Claims, Enrollment, Care Management, Provider Operations, HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, URAC. Healthcare Certifications: AHM 250, AHM 510, AHM 520, AHM, CPHQ.
